Try inbuxa. No install, nothing real.

This demo shows the inbuxa suite, its webmail and its admin console, running against a simulated mail server. Everything you see is invented, every visit is private to you, and all of it disappears when you sign out or step away.

The webmail shares a common code base with ihasmail, the generic JMAP webmail, so most of what you see in it works the same there. The compliance, data-loss, legal-hold and administration features shown here are inbuxa's own.

You get an invented account of your own, with nothing to type. The console roles can open their own mailbox too. A visit ends when you sign out, after five minutes without activity, or after an hour, and everything in it is forgotten then. Nothing you do here reaches the internet: anything that would have is refused, and the demo tells you so.
